Well we made it! We want to thank you all for all your prayers while we were gone to Ethiopia! We were so blessed in so many ways it is almost hard to put into words! First of all thanks to all the people that donated things to the children in Ethiopia! You were all so generous! We ended up taking 3 bags of donations along!
As most of you know, while we were in Ethiopia our little Kendra had pneumonia. The day that we met her she ended up in the hospital and was still there when we left on Saturday! So please pray that she is able to get better and will stay healthy until we are able to return and take here home!
I will try and post some more as time goes by about our time in Ethiopia! We are so very blessed to have so many people praying for us through this journey that God has us on!

I read this almost every day and can't hardly believe that your daughter...your DAUGHTER!... is half way across the world. So many miles away, but so close in our hearts. God hears our prayers and is holding Kendra close. The same God who holds us close. I pray for Kendra (and you and Terry) every night when I sit and rock with Mya. And I think about how very shortly you will be able to do the same with your precious baby girl. "Be still and know that I am God." Ps 46:10 He WILL keep her safe and healthy, Brenda. Believe it!
